The exterior finishing package for this new build began with the installation of EPS sheets, followed by Acrylic Render, Texture Finishes, and Exterior Painting. Custom Juliet balconies feature Texture Finishes with detailed Decorative Joints.

Inside, Venetian plaster and Liberty Stone cover the primary walls and central fireplaces. Custom gold flakes, wax, and gilded accents were applied to meet the exact design brief, supported by meticulous management to ensure precise execution and a premium result.
