Executing the exterior finishing package for this waterfront extension required highly specific site logistics, as the angular property sat directly on the water's edge.

The cosmetic works included the application of Acrylic Render and Texture Finishes, along with a complete Exterior Painting schedule. To finalize the project, a dedicated waterfront lounge area was completed using Microcement on both the walls and built-in benches, achieving a smooth concrete and Russian Stamp finish.
