The internal and exterior finishing packages for the renovation of the Commodore Hotel required a managed approach to align with the property's updated design brief.
Exterior works involved comprehensive facade cosmetic updates utilizing acrylic render and coloured texture, while interior works featured Venetian Plaster application across the walls and concrete finishes on structural columns.

"We have been very fortunate to lead the journey of refurbishing one of North Sydney's most iconic hospitality venue; The Commodore Hotel.
The project was very much meticulously delivered with every element thought through and designed to achieve a unique and bespoke outcome, as such and as the builder, we could only reach out and engage the requisite subcontractors who were able to deliver such expectations.
One such subcontractor was WS Facade Solutions who had been engaged to undertake both the external facade render and the internal microcement stucco featured walls and the result was outstanding.
In the very of words the project architect "This is the best microcement stucco application we had ever seen delivered". A great result, a great success story and a wonderful journey... thank you WS Facade Services for contributing to the success."
