Heron de Freitas Santiago

Heron is a materials engineer specialized in high performance concrete and a project manager with extensive experience in business management within the construction sector. As CEO, Heron leads by example focusing on operational excellence, innovation and the highest standards of customer service across every layer of the organization.

Thomas Wilhelm

Thomas built his career from the ground up, starting in 2015 as a rendering labourer and evolving into a premier professional renderer and industry reference. His rapid progression to Operations Manager was driven by exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of site logistics. Today, as COO, his technical expertise provides the solid foundation necessary for our workforce to perform at their peak, ensuring customers receive well deserved peace of mind.
