Hebel Installation (AAC)

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete requires specialised handling to unlock its full benefits. WS combines updated installation practices with rigorous quality control to deliver Hebel wall and floor systems, speeding up the build cycle and mitigating common pathologies on subsequent trades.
Moulding Installation
A modern approach to a traditional craft
Utilising EPS and AAC cores, WS installs decorative mouldings focusing on joint symmetry and parallelism. Every element is mechanically fixed and chemically bonded to integrate seamlessly with the facade, preserving the design intent.
EPS cladding systems
EPS foam sheets
EPS cladding systems are highly susceptible to incorrect installation, frequently generating costly facade pathologies. At WS, our team makes sure every panel is mechanically fixed and chemically bonded to meet each supplier's installation guidelines, creating a seamless, energy-efficient barrier that is perfectly prepared for final texture finishes.
Fibre cement sheet installation

To guarantee the longevity of lightweight facade systems, fibre cement sheets must be installed without compromise. We ensure correct sheet clearance, precise mechanical fixing, and strict adherence to supplier specifications. This mitigates common substrate failures while providing a robust foundation for final finishes.
Basroc installation
Fire-rated mineral sheets
WS is proud to be the first certified installer of BASROC in NSW. Adding the unique capacity to curve and bend, it offers similar performance properties to AAC and EPS especially on fire-rating. Our team takes care of every panel interface maximising thermal-acoustic properties, and generating a proper foundation for the rendering coatings.
